Seasons Greetings from CARA!

As we wind down this crazy year and head towards the end of 2020, we want to thank all of our contributors for you generosity. We wouldn’t be able to help the animals of Grays Harbor County without you! And we appreciate any and all donations & help in 2021.

Kitten Update!

Remember the three kittens born on May 7, 2020? They’re now 14 weeks old and we have updated pictures from their forever moms.

After all of them, but Roy (who was underweight at the time) were fixed, they were sent to their new homes.

As a bonus, Charlotte (their birth mom, who also got fixed), became a “foster fail” – which is a good thing. She has found her forever home with her foster mom (and her five cats). She even has a “boyfriend” out of the bunch (he’s fixed as are the other four).

Charlotte with her “boyfriend” Watson.
Maxie, enjoying the sweet life.
A very relaxed Frankie

We hope you’ll continue to support (or if you’re new to us, consider supporting) this group.

Who is CARA?

CARA (Coastal Animal Rescue and Adoption) is a nonprofit organization, entirely run by volunteers and supported by your donations. CARA volunteers work to trap and provide veterinary care for stray/feral animals in the Grays Harbor area. We advocate for trap, neuter, return practices for established feral cat colonies to improve the health of our working cats while preventing overpopulation.
